2022 grantees

Each year women join Impact Grants Chicago to collectively fund $100,000 Impact Grants to Chicago nonprofits that are dedicated to addressing the challenges facing our city. In 2022, we awarded four Impact Grants of $100,000 and four $20,000 Merit Grants.

$100,000 Impact Grant Award Recipients

The mission of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Cook County is to advance foster care child advocacy for children in Cook County by ensuring that their needs are met and rights are protected; by transitioning out of foster care into permanent, safe, and loving homes as quickly as possible; and that youth aging out of foster care have the resources and support they need to live independently.

The mission of the Chicago Furniture Bank is to provide dignity, stability and comfort to Chicagoans that face poverty by allowing clients to handpick an entire home's worth of furnishings for free.

The mission of Common Pantry is to meet the emergency needs of our local community by providing healthy food, kinship and support to help overcome poverty-related challenges.

Margaret's Village mission is to provide transitional housing for homeless women, children and families; to offer supporting services that empower our residents and lift them out of poverty so they can reach their highest potential; to operate Vincennes Senior Center to provide activities and emotional well-being to our elder neighbors.
