member sponsorship program

The Member Sponsorship Program supports women who would like to be involved with Impact Grants Chicago but who may not be able to fully fund a membership on their own. The Program supports our commitment to having a diversity of perspectives in our membership and our commitment to the Chicago nonprofit community.

Applicants may be fully sponsored for the $1,000 annual membership fee or may make a donation to the Member Sponsorship Fund (the “Fund”) towards their membership. For example, an applicant may contribute $250 towards their annual membership, and the Fund will cover the balance of the membership fee.

The Application to be sponsored for the 2024-25 grant review cycle is now open. Please complete the application at your earliest convenience. The application will close in the late fall. Sponsorships are limited based on funds available each year.

This Program is funded by members and donors with the goal of supporting women so they can experience the full benefits of membership and the power of collective giving. In addition, funds raised to support the Program go directly towards grants issued to selected Chicago nonprofit organizations as do all our membership fees. Impact Grants Chicago pools all membership donations to make multiple $100,000 grants each year.
